This Adoration was done by Jan de Beer ca. 1510 and is currently located at the Wallraf-Richartz Museum, Cologne. The resolution in my available copy is not great, but the shepherd at the left of the picture wears a rather sash-like pouch, but from the way it drapes, it is not a sash-belt, but rather appears to have a pouch-like function.
